Bike Check Out

Bikes will not be allowed out of Transition until the final cyclist has completed the bike course.  It is expected that this will be around 10:30 AM - but NO PROMISES.  If it is later than this, then please expect to wait.  Participants will be allowed back into Transition after they finish, but bikes may not be removed from the racks.  Please be courteous to your fellow participants while in transition during the race.

Transition Area Information

Transition racks will be ordered by swim wave.  Participants may rack anywhere on the racks assigned to their wave.

Body Marking located outside of transtition. All participants must be body marked before entering transition.   Body marking means your race number will be written on your calf and arm with a marker.  Your age will be marked on your calf as well. Relay team members will be marked with an "R" for relay.

Relay team members will wait for their teammate inside the transition area within a specified relay corral . The timing chip hand off has to take pace in the relay corral, not at the bike rack.

Aquabike participants will finish the bike portion, rack their bike and make their way through the finish chute to receive their medal, water bottle and finish picture.  Timing for Aquabike stops when they cross the line at T2 (not the finish line chute.)

Spectators are not allowed in transition for any reason.  You must be a registered participant or transition volunteer in order to gain access into the transition area.
