Aid Stations on Course

There are 3 Aid Stations for Jack's Generic Triathlon. There are no aid stations on the bike course, so plan accordingly with water and electrolyte drinks. 

1 transition Aid Station located at the top entrance to the transition area. The Aid Station can be accessed before the event, after the swim, and on the run course.

There are 2 additional aid stations on the run course. 

Each Aid Station will have water, ice cups, nuun. Remember, littering carries the penalty of disqualification.
